We’re working with a welcoming education setting looking for a confident, experienced TEFL Teacher to deliver high-quality English language teaching to both children and adult learners. This is a varied, rewarding role where you’ll lead learning, plan engaging lessons, and see real progress week by week. The role:
- Planning and delivering structured TEFL lessons to mixed-age learners
- Teaching English language skills including speaking, listening, reading, and writing
- Assessing progress and adapting lessons to suit different ability levels
- Creating inclusive, culturally aware learning environments
- Supporting learners to gain confidence in everyday, academic, or workplace English
You’ll have the autonomy to teach creatively while being part of a supportive, collaborative team.
What we’re looking for:
- A recognised TEFL qualification, essential
- Experience teaching English to children and/or adult learners
- Strong classroom management and confidence leading groups
- A clear understanding of language acquisition and differentiation
- A positive, encouraging teaching style that builds trust quickly
Additional languages are a bonus, but not essential.
