The person who makes school feel like a safe place again. We’re looking for Behaviour & Inclusion Support legends to join a specialist setting in North Bradford (Shipley, Bingley and Keighley area) a place where young people who’ve been excluded, unwell, or let down by mainstream get another shot.
The Role:
- Support students in KS3 & KS4 who are finding their feet in a new environment.
- Work 1:1 or in tight-knit groups—whatever helps them settle.
- Help kids who communicate differently or need structure to feel seen and heard.
- Stay cool when things get heated, and show them there’s always someone in their corner.
