Protocol Education in Leeds is seeking a skilled BSL Teaching Assistant to support pupils with hearing impairments and additional learning needs.

This is a full-time, long-term role starting September 2026, with daily PAYE pay rates from Β£93 to Β£130.

You will work one-to-one and in small groups using British Sign Language to aid communication and learning.

You'll collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and families to build confidence, independence and inclusive classroom participation, in welcoming
