Protocol Education is recruiting a Behaviour & Inclusion Support Worker for a specialist setting in South Leeds.

You will support pupils of various ages, both one-to-one and in small groups, helping them engage with learning and build positive relationships in a calming, structured environment.

The role focuses on SEMH, SEND, autism, ADHD, and behavioural needs, working alongside teachers and support staff to foster safe learning. DBS and references required.
