SEND Teaching Assistant – LS25 – Full Time
A supportive primary school in LS25 is looking for a full-time SEND Teaching Assistant to start in September.
This role will involve working closely with pupils with challenging behaviour, ADHD, and SEMH needs, providing consistent support throughout the school day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupils with behavioural and emotional needs
- Implement behaviour strategies and interventions
- Work closely with teaching staff and SENCO
- Encourage positive engagement and learning
Requirements:
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Experience in SEND or similar settings
- Calm, consistent, and proactive attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
