SEND Teaching Assistant – LS13 – Full Time
We are seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in LS13 on a full-time basis from September.
You will be supporting pupils across EYFS–KS2, working 1:1 and in small groups with children with additional needs including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support for pupils with SEND
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
- Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs
- Help create a safe, inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEND
- Patient, resilient, and nurturing approach
- Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
