Responsibilities
- Supporting classroom learning across the primary age range
- Delivering intervention sessions and small group work
- Assisting pupils who require additional support
- Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
- Supporting teachers with classroom preparation and activities
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children
- Strong communication skills
- Enthusiastic and proactive approach
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- TA qualification desirable but not essential
