We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a welcoming primary school in LS5, Leeds. The Role
As an HLTA, you will:
- Deliver planned lessons across a range of year groups in the absence of the class teacher.
- Support pupils with varying learning needs, ensuring every child can achieve their potential.
- Work closely with teachers to plan and implement engaging learning activities.
- Provide targeted interventions to support pupil progress.
- Contribute positively to the school's inclusive and supportive environment.
Requirements
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
- Experience working within a primary school setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
