We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Baby Room Leader to join our friendly nursery team in LS11, Leeds.

What You'll Be Doing
As our Baby Room Leader, you'll be at the heart of the room, providing high-quality care and creating a warm, nurturing environment where babies feel safe, loved and supported.
You'll:
- Lead and inspire a team of nursery practitioners
- Plan engaging activities that support each child's development
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers
- Ensure the room maintains the highest standards of care, safety and learning
- Support and mentor team members to help them grow and succeed
- Create a positive, welcoming atmosphere where both children and staff can thrive
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Holds a Level 3 Childcare qualification or above
Has experience leading a nursery room, preferably within a baby room
Is caring, patient and genuinely passionate about working with children
Has excellent organisational and communication skills
Enjoys supporting and motivating others
Can create a fun, engaging and nurturing environment for every child
