We re recruiting caring and enthusiastic Primary School Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join welcoming primary schools from September.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference by supporting children in their learning and development during the school day.
About the Role As a Primary School Learning Support Assistant, you will: Support pupils in EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
Work one-to-one and with small groups to support learning.
Assist teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation.
Encourage children s confidence, independence, and participation.
Support pupils with additional learning or SEND needs where required.
Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
What We re Looking For Experience supporting children with SEN is desirable.
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A passion for supporting children s education.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
