Are you brilliant with children and looking for a role where no two days are ever the same? We’re recruiting a fun, enthusiastic and reliable Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming school in Harlow. You’ll support pupils with their learning, confidence and development while helping to create a positive and engaging classroom environment.

You don’t necessarily need previous experience as a Teaching Assistant! We’d love to hear from people who have worked with children in:

  • Schools or nurseries
  • Holiday clubs or activity camps
  • Residential care settings
  • Sports coaching or youth clubs
  • Mentoring or community programmes

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience supporting children or young people
  • A patient, positive and encouraging approach
  • Confidence working as part of a busy school team
  • Reliability and a great sense of humour
  • A genuine desire to help children thrive

The role:

  • Harlow
  • Monday to Friday
  • Full-time, term time only
  • September start available
