SEND Teaching Assistant – Peterlee Location: Peterlee Salary: £85 – £108 per day (dependent on experience) Contract: Full-time, Term-time only (temporary with the potential for a permanent role) Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM About the Role We are seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Peterlee. This role involves supporting neurodivergent students and those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, and learning difficulties. The successful candidate will provide one-to-one and small group support, helping students access learning and develop key social and emotional skills.
