Are you passionate about helping children with SEND feel confident, included and successful at school? We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic KS2 SEND Learning Partner to join a welcoming junior school in South Gloucestershire. This is a fantastic permanent opportunity to become part of a supportive school community where children are encouraged to enjoy learning, grow in confidence and achieve their potential. The role
- Support pupils with SEND with their learning and engagement
- Provide individual and small-group support where required
- Help children develop confidence, independence and resilience
- Adapt activities to meet individual learning needs
- Support positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Work closely with teachers and other members of the school team
- Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment

- Has experience supporting children or young people, ideally within SEND
- Is patient, positive and compassionate
- Can build strong and trusting relationships with pupils
- Is resilient and able to adapt their approach to individual needs
- Works well as part of a team
- Is committed to helping every child make progress and feel valued
