Job Title: Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher Protocol education is excited to welcome a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher to join our vibrant learning community. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the Key Stage 1 curriculum, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Employ effective teaching strategies to develop foundational literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking skills in young learners. Assess and track students' progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents. Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff to create a cohesive learning experience for all KS1 students. Nurture a positive and respectful classroom culture that encourages curiosity, independence, and teamwork. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent primary education qualification. Proven experience in teaching within Key Stage 1. Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and pedagogical approaches. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, and colleagues. Passion for creating a supportive and engaging learning environment for primary school children.
