1:1 SEN Support

We're working with schools across Bristol who are preparing for the new academic year, and they're on the lookout for an experienced 1:1 SEN Support to welcome into their schools.

We’re looking for a caring, patient, and proactive SEN Support to join a welcoming school located in Bristol.

This is one of those roles where no two days are the same, but everyday matters.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Providing 1:1 or small group support to pupils with additional needs
  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support pupils
  • Helping children stay focused during lessons
  • Supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
  • Monitoring and recording pupil progress

What we're looking for

  • A genuine passion for supporting children with SEN
  • A calm, patient and supportive approach
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with SEN (school-based or otherwise)
  • A willingness to learn and adapt
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
