These roles are ideal for Early Career Teachers who are looking to build confidence, develop strong classroom practice and make a genuine difference from the very start of their teaching career. We are also very happy to speak with experienced teachers who are interested in moving into specialist education.

About the roles

We support a wide range of specialist settings, including schools for pupils with:

  • Autism / ASC
  • Severe Learning Difficulties
  • Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties
  • SEMH needs
  • Complex medical needs
  • Speech, language and communication needs
  • Sensory needs

Previous SEND experience is not always essential. Many schools are open to meeting teachers who have the right attitude, strong teaching potential and a genuine interest in supporting children and young people with additional needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
