Protocol Education is looking for creative, proactive and compassionate people to join an Outstanding special school in Kingston Upon Thames (Surbiton), working with learners aged 4–19.

  • Experience in one or more creative arts (acting, music, dance, drama or similar)
  • Confidence supporting students with special educational needs (SLD, ASD)
  • A hands-on, imaginative approach – whether that’s sensory learning, performance workshops or creative play
  • Full availability, Monday to Friday, 8:30–16:00
  • Be part of a school praised by Ofsted for its family feel, joy of learning and focus on communication and independence
  • Work with pupils across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Post-16 – making an impact at every stage
