Protocol Education are a specialist education recruitment agency currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to start as soon as possible in a secondary school in Kingston upon Thames. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced cover staff looking to gain valuable classroom experience in a supportive school environment.
The Role
- Supervise classes during teacher absences across a range of subjects
- Deliver pre-set lesson plans and ensure students remain on task
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour
The Ideal Candidate
- Confident managing a classroom of secondary-aged students
- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
