Protocol Education is recruiting a dedicated 1:1 SEND Support Assistant to work with a Reception pupil at a welcoming primary school in the Fawdon area.

What You'll Be Doing
Providing consistent 1:1 support for a Reception-aged pupil with SEND.
Helping the pupil engage with classroom activities and routines.
Supporting emotional regulation, communication and social development.
Building a positive and trusting relationship with the child.
Working alongside teaching staff to implement personalised support strategies.
Who We're Looking For
