We are working with a secondary school in Slough that is seeking to appoint an Inclusion Room Manager to join their highly effective and experienced pastoral team. This new role is designed to add capacity to a team that is already dedicated and passionate about supporting students to achieve their potential both academically and as valued members of the school community. The Inclusion Room Manager will play a key role in shaping and delivering a meaningful behaviour intervention curriculum for targeted students, helping them re-engage positively with learning and school life.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and managing the Inclusion Room, ensuring interventions and support are tailored to each student’s needs.
  • Creating both long-term and short-term behaviour programmes.
  • Supporting students to reintegrate back into mainstream lessons, with structured monitoring.
  • Working closely with families to strengthen engagement with school.
  • Helping staff plan and apply effective strategies to support challenging students.
  • Playing a central role in the pastoral team, ensuring every student has access to a full and rewarding education.
