A Cover Supervisor role could be the perfect way to gain valuable classroom experience while exploring whether education is the right career path for you. We are working with a number of secondary schools across Bradford who are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to start in September. These are temporary positions, available on both a short-term and long-term basis, with opportunities for full-time or flexible working patterns.

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working with young people or in a role involving behaviour management, leadership, coaching, mentoring, or support
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
- A flexible and professional approach
Please note: This is a temporary role and applicants must have relevant transferable experience working with children, young people, or within a position where managing groups and behaviour has been a key responsibility. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
