About The Role:

Plan, create, and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that align with the Primary school curriculum for Year 6 students, preparing them for SATs and the transition to secondary school.
Follow and adapt the school's curriculum to meet the needs of all learners, ensuring lessons are tailored to individual abilities.
Ensure that all learning objectives are met, providing timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth and confidence.
Maintain effective classroom management and foster a positive learning environment, adhering to school policies and procedures.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and well-rounded educational experience for all students.
Prepare students for end-of-key-stage assessments (SATs), ensuring they are confident and well-prepared.
Support students' development in critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent learning as they prepare for the next stage of their education.
About You:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Have prior experience teaching in a primary school setting, ideally in Year 6.
Strong lesson planning and organisational skills, with the ability to design creative and engaging lessons that challenge and inspire.
Solid understanding of the Primary school curriculum, particularly the requirements for Key Stage 2 SATs. xgikmsk
