We’re building a strong talent pool of confident, compassionate TAs who can support students with Autism, PMLD, and a range of additional learning needs within specialist provisions for ages 11–19. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting students with Autism and PMLD in 1:1, small-group, and classroom settings
  • Helping with communication, engagement, sensory regulation, and daily routines
  • Creating a nurturing, structured learning space where students feel safe and understood
  • Using visual supports, personalised strategies, and specialist approaches (training provided)
  • Assisting with academic tasks, life skills, and emotional development
  • Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support teams to keep progress consistent

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience supporting young people (SEN or PMLD experience is a bonus but not essential)
  • Confidence working with students who have Autism and complex needs
  • A patient, gentle, and resilient approach
  • Great communication and a genuine passion for helping young people thrive
  • Willingness to obtain or update an enhanced DBS
