We are working with a well-regarded and forward-thinking secondary school in Redbridge that is seeking a talented and enthusiastic History Teacher to join their dedicated team on a supply basis. What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering high-quality History lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
  • Developing and implementing engaging and challenging schemes of work
  • Assessing and monitoring student progress
  • Providing feedback and support to help students achieve their full potential
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective curriculum
  • Organising and leading extracurricular History activities and events

You’ll need:

  • A degree in History or a related subject
  • Experience teaching History to KS3 and KS4 students
  • Familiarity with the UK curriculum
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
