Protocol Education is currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Secondary Support Staff to work across a range of secondary schools in Huddersfield. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people and making a positive impact within education.
The Role
- Supporting students both in and out of the classroom
- Assisting with behaviour management and pastoral support
- Providing one-to-one and small group intervention
- Encouraging student engagement and participation
- Supporting students with additional learning needs where required
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience working with young people, preferably in an education setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilient, adaptable, and proactive approach
- A genuine passion for supporting students' educational journeys
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
