Weâre looking for Behaviour & Inclusion Support staff to join a specialist setting in North Kirklees. This is a place where young people whoâve been excluded, unwell, or let down by mainstream education get another chance. A proper fresh start. And that starts with you.
What youâll be doing:
- Supporting KS3 and KS4 students as they settle into a new environment
- Working 1:1 or in small, close-knit groups
- Helping young people who communicate differently or need clear structure to feel seen and understood
- Staying grounded when emotions run high, showing thereâs always a calm adult in the room
