School: Specialist SEN provision within a mainstream secondary school.

Role: Work one-to-one with pupils with ASD or SEMH, support differentiated lessons, and assist with behaviour management strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with SEN students.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to implement differentiated learning strategies.

Desirable:

  • Level 3 or higher in SEN or Education.
  • Training in therapeutic or SEMH approaches.
