We’re working with a number of supportive and welcoming primary schools across Sheffield who are on the lookout for experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join their teams this September.

What you\’ll be doing:

  • Leading small groups and covering classes when needed

  • Supporting targeted interventions across English and Maths

  • Helping to plan engaging lessons alongside class teachers

  • Being a positive, steady presence pupils can rely on

What we’re looking for:

  • HLTA status or equivalent experience

  • Confidence leading groups and delivering planned work

  • A calm, encouraging presence and a team-first mindset

  • SEND experience is a bonus, but not essential
