Protocol Education is recruiting a full-time Criminology Graduate Behaviour Mentor to join a specialist SEMH setting in Wallsend. This role offers the chance to support pupils with SEMH needs and help re-engage them with learning.
You will work 1:1 and in small groups, follow behaviour support plans, build relationships with staff, and contribute to fostering positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and resilience. A Criminology degree and genuine interest in helping young people are required.
