Protocol Education is recruiting a full-time Criminology Graduate Behaviour Mentor to join a specialist SEMH setting in Wallsend. This role is ideal for graduates looking to gain practical experience working with young people who may face barriers related to behaviour, emotional wellbeing and engagement with education.

- Supporting pupils with SEMH needs
- Encouraging positive behaviour choices
- Building strong professional relationships
- Supporting emotional regulation
- Working on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Helping pupils re-engage with learning
- Following behaviour support plans
- Working closely with teaching staff
- Promoting confidence and resilience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
