Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
  • Supporting pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties.
  • Working closely with Teaching Assistants and SEN staff
  • Monitoring progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly
  • Building strong relationships with pupils, families and colleagues
  • Creating a safe and supportive environment where pupils feel secure and motivated to learn

Requirements:

  • Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications
  • Has experience teaching pupils with SEND or SEMH previously
  • A patient, flexible and reflective approach to teaching
  • A genuine commitment to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing
