The Role: You will be expected to support Secondary aged pupils who are either lower ability, or have additional needs across the mainstream school and SEN Unit. Responsibilities include:
- Working on a 1:1, small group or classroom basis
- Liaising with teachers, parents/carers and other support staff to provide the best quality assistance possible
- Building strong rapports, breaking down barriers to learning and enhancing student personal and academic development
- Providing a safe environment for pupil well-being
- Maintaining strong behaviour management
