What You'll Be Doing:
- As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping pupils thrive both inside and outside the classroom by:
- Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils with additional learning needs.
- Encouraging confidence, independence, and social development.
- Supporting children with a range of needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech & Language difficulties, and SEMH needs.
- Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored support and interventions.
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment where every child can succeed.
- Celebrating progress, big and small, and helping pupils reach their full potential. What We're Looking For: We're seeking individuals who are:

Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
- Valid Right to Work in the UK.
- Ability to provide satisfactory references.
