We're recruiting a fun, enthusiastic and reliable Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming school in Harlow.
You'll support pupils with their learning, confidence and development while helping to create a positive and engaging classroom environment.
You don't necessarily need previous experience as a Teaching Assistant! We'd love to hear from people who have worked with children in:
- Schools or nurseries
- Holiday clubs or activity camps
- Residential care settings
- Sports coaching or youth clubs
- Mentoring or community programmes
What we're looking for
- Experience supporting children or young people
- A patient, positive and encouraging approach
- Confidence working as part of a busy school team
- Reliability and a great sense of humour
- A genuine desire to help children thrive
The role

- Monday to Friday
- Full-time, term time only

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
