Do you have a passion for supporting learning and leading the classroom when needed? We are recruiting Higher Level Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Harlow, supporting pupils to reach their full potential.
The Role:
- Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Delivering lessons and interventions in the absence of the class teacher
- Working with small groups and individual pupils to raise attainment
- Supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH or additional learning needs
- Assisting with lesson planning, assessments and classroom management
Requirements:
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
- Previous experience working in a UK primary or secondary school
- Strong classroom management skills
- A proactive, flexible and positive attitude
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
