Protocol Education is seeking a Special Needs Support Assistant to join a specialist school for children aged 3–14 with complex needs, including SLD, PMLD and physical disabilities. You will provide high-level, personalised support to help learners access education, communicate, and develop independence.
The role is hands-on, working 8:45am–3:45pm, Monday to Friday, in Southend-on-Sea. Prior SEN or related care experience is helpful, and a caring, patient attitude is essential for success.
