What you'll be doing
- Supporting pupils in the classroom to help them thrive
- Working one-to-one or with small groups to build confidence and progress
- Helping create a positive, engaging learning environment
- Supporting children with SEND, where required
- Working alongside teachers to deliver exciting lessons
- Being the reassuring face that helps children enjoy coming to school
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Experience working with children in a school or educational setting
- A positive, caring and proactive approach
- Great communication skills and a genuine love of helping children succeed
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or you're happy to apply for one
Bonus points if you have:
- SEND experience
- Behaviour support experience
- Intervention or phonics knowledge
- Thrive training
