What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
- Managing and de-escalating challenging behaviour with confidence
- Creating a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
- Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and wider support staff
- Helping pupils stay engaged, regulated, and ready to learn
