Graduate Teaching Assistant – Full Time

Secondary Mainstream Support

Join a warm and welcoming SEN team where your support will help students thrive both in and out of the classroom. This full-time role starts in September and offers the chance to work closely with young people, families, and professionals to create brighter outcomes every day.

What you\’ll be doing:

Providing 1:1 support for a named student, helping them reach their full potential

Monitoring progress and adjusting support plans with care and confidence

Liaising with parents/carers, teaching staff, and external professionals

Completing annual reviews and maintaining accurate pupil profiles

Keeping intervention records up to date and meaningful

Supporting the SENDCo with inclusive planning and pastoral strategies

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
