Early Years Teaching Assistant | Graduate Job | September Start

What you will be doing:

  • Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons.
  • Working closely with individual children or small groups, offering targeted support to those who need it most.
  • Helping children develop their communication, social, and fine motor skills through creative play and hands-on activities.
  • Creating a safe, encouraging space where every child feels valued and included.
  • Core hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 16:00

About you:

  • Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate with a passion for working with children.
  • Patient, caring, and ready to make a difference in the lives of young learners.
  • Great communication skills and a natural ability to connect with children.
  • Willing to get stuck in, learn on the job, and bring energy to every day.
  • Patient, empathetic, and resilient, with excellent communication skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
