Protocol Education is working with secondary schools across Middlesbrough to recruit a Geography Teacher to deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across KS3 and KS4 . This role is suitable for QTS-qualified teachers, ECTs , and experienced cover supervisors or teaching assistants with strong Geography subject knowledge.
The Role:
Deliver engaging and well-structured Geography lessons.
Provide effective classroom cover when required.
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all students.
Maintain strong behaviour management and a positive learning environment.
Support students\’ progress and curiosity about the world.
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds QTS or has relevant classroom experience in Geography (teachers, cover supervisors, or TA cover).
Confident teaching Geography across KS3–KS4 .
Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
Reliable, adaptable, and proactive.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply).
