We are seeking Level 2 and Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistants to support pupils within specialist education settings in Gateshead. The role focuses on supporting learning, behaviour and emotional development. You will play an important role in helping pupils access education and develop positive learning routines.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group learning support.
- Deliver targeted interventions under teacher guidance.
- Assist with behaviour management strategies.
- Support pupils’ emotional wellbeing.
- Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff.
