Protocol Education is working with several Primary Schools across Gateshead who need reliable SEN Teaching Assistants for supply cover. These schools value patience, empathy and consistency, and they know how vital good support staff are.

The role will involve:

  • Providing 1:1 or small group SEN support
  • Helping pupils access learning in a way that works for them
  • Supporting emotional regulation and classroom routines
  • Working closely with teachers and SENCOs
  • Creating a safe, encouraging space where children feel understood
