Role - Full time

We’re looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to support pupils across KS3 and SEN KS4 in a secondary school that values consistency and strong relationships. This role involves supporting pupils with additional needs, both in class and on a 1:1 basis, helping them stay regulated, engaged and confident throughout the school day.

The role includes:

  • Supporting pupils with SEND, including autism and SEMH
  • Working closely with teachers and the SENCO
  • Supporting learning, behaviour and emotional regulation
  • Being a consistent presence pupils can rely on

Ideal for someone who:

  • Has experience in a secondary or SEN setting
  • Understands KS3 and KS4 expectations
  • Is calm, committed and reliable
