Two Primary Teachers Required for September. Protocol Education is currently recruiting two enthusiastic and committed Primary Teachers to join welcoming and supportive primary schools in Gateshead from September 2026. The schools are looking for teachers who can create engaging lessons, build positive relationships and establish a classroom environment where pupils feel confident, motivated and ready to learn.
About the Role
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Teach across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on experience and school requirements.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of individual pupils.
- Maintain high expectations for learning and behaviour.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress.
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants and other support staff.
- Build strong relationships with pupils and colleagues.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school.
- Follow school safeguarding and behaviour policies.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Recent experience teaching within a UK primary school.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- A passion for helping children achieve their potential.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
