Gateshead who are looking to appoint two teachers to their teams for the new academic year.

The schools offer supportive and collaborative environments where teachers are encouraged to develop professionally while providing pupils with engaging and inspiring learning experiences.

The Role

You will be responsible for

  • Delivering high-quality lessons across the primary curriculum.
  • Planning and preparing engaging learning activities.
  • Supporting pupils with different abilities and learning needs.
  • Creating a positive classroom culture.
  • Managing behaviour effectively and consistently.
  • Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching accordingly.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff.
  • Promoting inclusion, confidence and independence.
  • Supporting the wider aims and values of the school.

About You

We're looking for teachers who are

  • QTS qualified.
  • Experienced within a UK primary school environment.
  • Confident classroom practitioners.
  • Passionate about children's learning and development.
  • Strong communicators and team players.
  • Organised, adaptable and enthusiastic.
  • Committed to safeguarding and inclusion.
