Are you a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who thrives on supporting children to achieve their best? Protocol Education is working with a friendly North Sheffield school ready to welcome a new TA to their team. This school believes in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment where every child can grow academically, socially, and emotionally. You’ll join a dedicated staff team committed to making learning exciting and accessible.
In this role, you will:
- Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities
- Help pupils develop literacy, numeracy, and social skills
- Assist with planning and preparing resources for lessons
- Encourage positive behaviour and support inclusion for all pupils
- Collaborate with teachers, SEN staff, and parents to ensure each child gets the support they need
About you:
- You have previous experience working with children (school or nursery setting)
- You’re patient, kind, and enthusiastic about learning
- You’re a team player who enjoys contributing to a positive school environment
