The Role
- As an Unqualified Cover Supervisor, you'll:
- Supervise classes when teachers are absent
- Deliver pre-set work and keep students focused
- Help maintain a calm and positive classroom environment
- Build confidence leading groups of young people
- Support schools across a range of subjects
However, if you would rather begin as a Teaching Assistant, this is a great place to start! As a Teaching Assistant, you will have a support role in the class led by the teacher, supporting students to focus on and access the learning.
