Protocol Education is seeking a Highly Specialist Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support a network of welcoming primary schools in the Shropshire/ Telford area.

You will help deliver planned lessons, lead small group interventions and create engaging environments for every child to thrive.

This role offers flexibility between long-term full-time placements or per-session work across multiple schools, with ongoing support from a dedicated consultant and access to CPD resources.
