Are you a passionate and qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator looking for a rewarding role within a supportive primary school environment? We are recruiting enthusiastic and nurturing Early Years professionals to support children in Nursery and Reception classes across a range of welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary schools in Lambeth. The Role
- Support the delivery of engaging and creative Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) learning activities
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
- Promote children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress where required
- Support children with varying learning needs and abilities
- Encourage positive behaviour and foster strong relationships with pupils and families
Requirements
- A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working within an EYFS setting, nursery, or primary school
- A strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Desirable
- Experience supporting children with additional needs
- Knowledge of phonics programmes
- School-based experience within Nursery or Reception classes
